  2. How much does my subscription cost?

    Subscription only costs £4.50 per week, entitling you to 5 products every week. Right now you get an extra bonus download during your first week!

  3. What can I do with my subscription?

    You can get 5 new pieces of mobile content every week! Just choose from all our ringtones, wallpapers, videos, funz and more.

  4. How do credits work?

    Each credit allows you to get 1 product. You use a credit for each individual product you select (1 credit for each product: ringtones, wallpapers, videos and funz).

  5. What is KKO Mobile?

    KKO mobile is a brand for mobile content.

  6. Do I lose all of my products when I unsubscribe?

    No, you keep all of your products!

  7. How do I know I have subscribed?

    Don’t worry! Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a notification by SMS.

  1. Is this service iPhone compatible?

    Yes, it works on iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4.

  2. How does it work on iPhone?

    (a) Ringtones, funz and videos: your product is sent by email to your PC/Mac mailbox. You can then synchronise it with iTunes and transfering it to your iPhone.

    (b) Wallpapers: your product is sent by email to your iPhone mailbox.

    Open your product link in your Safari browser. Hold your finger on it until the "Save Image" option appears. Save it, select it in your iPhone "Photo" category and then use it as a Wallpaper.

  3. Do I need a specific software for iPhone?

    No, you only need iTunes and Safari to get your products on your iPhone.

  4. Is all content compatible with my iPhone?

    Yes! Each product that you see is compatible with your iPhone.

  5. I can’t see your mail in my mailbox

    When iPhone users are getting a lot of products, certain mail service providers can identify us as spam. Please do check for our mails in the Spam category of your mailbox. If you are not an iPhone user, just download the content directly to your mobile handset.
